“Within a couple of weeks, all our issues were fixed, it was absolutely amazing! Dr. Gigi has helped him so much with every issue that he had. It helped in so many more aspects than chiropractics alone. He hardly ever cries. As soon as she sees him getting upset, she stops what she’s doing and makes sure he is happy. That was the biggest part for us. She listens to the baby.”
“My child fell off the weight curve and would not take a bottle. Dr. Giselle immediately identified the tongue tie. In 4 sessions, she was able to get him on the bottle and give strategies to work on at home. I leave every session more confident and knowledgeable than when I got there. She is kind, patient, caring, warm and treats him like she adores him and cares about his progress.”
“When one of my twins needed p.t. I was a little worried but Giselle made everything better. She is so easy to talk too and is so gentle, patient and kind with the little ones! My Jamie loved her! We both looked forward to our sessions. Jamie is doing great now walking up a storm! Thank you Giselle! You are the best!”
“Giselle is the best! Outstanding therapist. Has worked with my son for years and he always improves under her care.”
“I can’t say enough great things about Nicole! We found in home pediatric physical therapy after our lactation consultant recommended them to us. We were dealing with breast feeding issues associated with possible tongue/lip ties, as well as all over body stiffness. Nicole took her time evaluating our daughter and walking us through her findings and recommendations. Tongue and lip tie revisions can be incredibly stressful and hard on both baby and parent, but Nicole was so helpful in explaining and showing the exercises, as well as encouraging us along the way. Our daughter is a happier more relaxed baby because of her dedication and care, and we are so thankful!”
“My baby had a tongue and lip tie release at 8 days old. Breastfeeding was super painful even after the release and he started clicking a lot at during feedings. I didn’t know about the importance of PT after the release. Dr. Gigi was highly recommended to me and she educated me that my baby also had toriticollis (tightness) which was linked to his tongue tie. She knows her stuff and is super knowledgeable as she specializes in tongue ties! After a few sessions with her, it’s like I have a completely different baby! Here we are at 3.5 months and he is no longer tight (we still do his exercises daily), breastfeeds like a champ, and enjoys tummy time!! Dr. Gigi is an absolute gem and the sweetest human being. I also follow her on Instagram where she posts lots of super useful info! Hands down the best pediatric PT!”
“As a FTM I began to have concerns about the efficiency of my baby’s latch and immediately mentioned it to our pediatrician. She believed our baby had a “little tongue tie” but that just didn’t quite sit right with me (you wouldn’t just leave a small sprain untreated so why would you do that with your tongue). I began to do some research and came across in home pediatric and I am so glad we did. We began in person sessions to treat the tightness on my daughter’s left side due to her tongue/lip ties. Her physical therapist was thorough in explaining the importance of therapy pre-release. Due to the pandemic we continued therapy via Telehealth and have continued to see great improvements in our daughter’s tolerance for oral motor exercises, tummy time and endurance. I would recommend this establishment with confidence again and again.”
“If your child is in need of PT services, then I would highly recommend making an appointment with Giselle. Working with the pediatric population is no easy feat. Giselle is able to create imaginative interventions in order to progress children with any developmental delays. If your child is struggling or experiencing any sort of limitations, Giselle can create an individualized plan of care for your child. Giselle’s ability to communicate will put your worries at ease and increase your confidence in your child’s care. Her warm maternal personality helps her keep the children engaged in order to have successful PT sessions. With her many years of experience, she is able to be flexible and creative when working with children. Give her a call!”
“Giselle was referred to me after we realized my son, who was 2 weeks at the time, had a weak suck following a tongue tie/lip tie release and was having trouble gaining weight.
Giselle immediately made me feel so much better. She comes to your house, which is invaluable with a newborn (and toddler) at home. She is warm and kind and clearly an expert at what she does. My son, who is a fussy baby, was so calm with her. And, best of all, within a few weeks we saw huge improvements and he is nursing well and putting on weight! Can’t thank Giselle enough for her constant support during the first month of my little guy’s life.”
“Highly recommend contacting Giselle for virtual therapy! About a month ago I started to notice that my 3 month old had some neck tightness and he was favoring one side. I could barely get him to do any tummy time or hold his head up. Given the situation with Covid-19 and not being able to get him evaluated in person, I was worried. I contacted Giselle to see if we could do a virtual evaluation. I’m so glad I did! While she wasn’t able to put her hands on him, her expertise allowed her to see over Zoom that there was problem. She gave me a handful of exercises and demonstrated how to do them and in less than a week I saw major improvements. She asks me to text her pictures every day in addition to a weekly Zoom call and I love the accountability and motivation. I’m so glad I didn’t wait until I could see her in person when my son was even further behind in his movement!”
“Giselle is the best!! During our baby’s 4 month check-up, he was diagnosed with plagiocephaly (flat head syndrome). Our pediatrician referred us to Giselle and we were able to see her that week. During his initial exam, Giselle also noticed our LO also had left torticollis (neck twists to one side). My husband and I are first time parents, so we obviously had a million and one questions. Giselle was extremely patient with us and answered all our questions thoroughly. Throughout the whole session she showed us different tummy time exercises. We were able to video her doing the exercises so that we can practice at home. Now our LO is 6 months old and he no longer has plagiocephaly and his left torticollis is pretty much gone. Thank you Giselle!!”
“When I had my second child, we struggled for weeks to identify why she wasn’t feeding/gaining weight properly. Around 7 weeks we sought out a pediatric dentist to revise a small posterior tongue tie and lip tie to improve her breastfeeding. We were recommended to get post-op OT for her and were led to in-home pediatric PT. I was so grateful to work with Madeline (OT on Dr. Tadros’ team) in the Ramsey, NJ area. From the first session Madeline was incredibly patient and understanding, a mother herself – she listened intently to the struggles we faced since my daughter was born and was reassuring we were on the right path during a very stressful time. Within the first session she was able to alleviate a lot of anxiety by explaining what was going on and described how we would go about retraining my daughter to have a functional suck, and worked with us through subsequent sessions to improve her ability to feed. Knowledgeable, kind, caring – 10/10 would recommend and wish I had known of their support sooner.”
“I reached out to Home Pediatric PT after a few fellow moms recommended them. Our son was not able to lift his head up during tummy time well into his third month and was still having difficulty nursing after his tongue and lip tie releases. Just after a few sessions, we started seeing major improvement. He started to lift his head up and extend his neck, which had been tightly bound to his shoulders since birth (we had no idea until the PT told us). After 5-6 weeks of regular therapy sessions, our son improved SIGNIFICANTLY. We are so grateful that we found Home Pediatric PT.”
“My son had a tongue tie released at 1 week old and at 3 weeks when breastfeeding still wasn’t working we saw a lactation consultant who pointed out his tightness and recommended Dr. Tadros. After the first session I already saw a big improvement and my LOs neck and shoulders started to open up. After a handful of sessions over a few weeks he became more relaxed overall in his body and with a more relaxed baby you get easier feedings, a happier baby and much happier parents! Dr. Tadros was so helpful and warm and made herself available to help with any questions at the sessions or between sessions. I only wish we had gone sooner!”
“In-Home Pediatric PT has been a pleasure to work with and so helpful for our son! Giselle and her team are incredible and I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation. From the seamless scheduling/insurance processing with Amir, to our in person sessions with Lizzy and our virtual sessions with Giselle, we were able to get the best guidance for our son to help him improve his strength and confidence. He is now walking nonstop and couldn’t be happier! Would recommend this service to anyone looking for attentive care that is easily accessible. We were able to text videos to Giselle and she responded immediately with her thoughts/suggestions. We felt so cared for and the individualized approach was invaluable. Definitely reach out to this company for any PT concerns as a parent you may have!”
“Giselle is extremely knowledgeable and very helpful guiding you through all the PT exercises for your baby. She is a perfect combination of being an incredibly patient, caring, accommodating and professional therapist. In every session, she teaches exercises that we could do with our baby, which are invaluable to her health moving forward. Highly recommend Giselle for any parent who is looking for in-home PT for your newborn. Giselle is the best pediatric physical therapist. Thank you Giselle, for all that you do!”
“Giselle brings comfort and ease to the family of a child needing physical therapy. From the initial phone call, her office arranged all of my insurance info and set up an in home appointment the next day. My daughter was getting the care she needed in 24 hours, no waiting weeks for treatment, no limbo / back and fourth with the insurance company. She treats my daughter as if she was family, with empathy, soothing comfort and a vested interested. We look forward to her visits! We have noticed such an improvement in my little girl’s mobility and strength – I wouldn’t have trusted her with anyone else! Thank you Giselle and team for your positivity and exceptional care. Highly recommended, and she comes right to your home! (added bonus!)”
“Giselle is wonderful with babies. My son is doing therapy after his tongue tie had been released, and I can see improvements to his body tightness that I did not know existed. And the fact that she visits your house is a super convenience of course.”
“Took my 4 month old to Giselle after a tongue/lip tie release that contributed to severe reflux. Giselle performed activities and gentle stretches with my little girl that helped her to release tension and catch up with her milestones! Although every child’s case is different, after just TWO SESSIONS we have seen a MAJOR improvement in her ability tolerate tummy time, turn her head, and roll. Her reflux has also improved some and her latch has improved tremendously. I would totally recommend Giselle for pediatric physical therapy!!!”
“Dianna at Milk Matters PT made us feel instantly confident in working with her. She was super knowledgeable and got us to our goals. He was able to move his tongue and body in ways we’d never seen before! It’s a beautiful space, great people, and we highly recommend it. Thanks team!”
“Giselle has made an incredible difference in my family’s life. She’s gentle, she listens, and she challenges kids while magically remaining their biggest cheerleader (and a total baby-and-toddler-whisperer!) When we first came to see her, my daughter was almost a year old and could not yet sit herself up or crawl. Giselle was calm, positive, creative, and well-informed about treatment options.”
“Giselle has been the best thing to happen to our little man! Besides being a great physical therapist, she has been an excellent source of information as my wife and I are first time parents! Our little Georgie has come such a long way in the short time she’s been with us and we are eternally grateful!”
“Our LO was born with a tongue and lip tie. Once it was corrected, his eating got better but he still had a lot of tension in his body and favored one side. In-home pediatric physical therapy was a HUGE help. They helped our son rediscover his tongue and helped loosen up his neck, shoulders, and back. They were safe with masks and gloves while still being personal and warm. There was also a great blend of in-person services and exercises/activities we could do at home to support his recovery.”
“After meeting with a lactation consultant when my son was 3 weeks old for trouble and pain while breastfeeding the consultant also noticed extreme tightness on my son’s right side. I was referred by everyone (lactation consultant, my pediatrician and mom friends) to see Dr. Gigi. My son had tongue, lip and buccal (cheek) ties that might be causing the issues. We worked with Dr. Gigi before and after the tie release procedure and it made a remarkable difference on my son! His therapy allowed us to see immediate results after the procedure (I’m talking just moments after the procedure was over in the dentist’s office!). He immediately loosened up from tension and his sucking has improved greatly. Dr. Gigi has truly changed my baby boy in remarkable ways! We are so thankful for Dr. Gigi’s help.”
“Had a great in home session and looking forward to my next one. I’m an adult with a brachial plexus injury I’ve had since birth. Looking Ronnie get more range of motion in my injured arm. Giselle was very knowledgeable and patient. Answered all my questions and made sure I knew exactly how to do my stretches before she left. Even offered to take pictures and videos in case I forgot how to do them, which was SUPER HELPFUL!”
“So thankful for Dr. Gigi and the impact she had on our son! He was status post his second tongue tie revision at 10 weeks when we realized he had no idea how to suck. He was chomping/pinching at the breast, sleeping with his mouth open, and had overall tightness. After 6 sessions with Dr. Gigi, our little guy sucked for the first time (even after losing his suck reflex). He can properly breastfeed and transfer milk and he is a whole new baby – happy and smiley and so much less tension!”
“Dr. Giselle is an Expert in her field. She is extremely easy to trust and learn from. She makes you feel like family from the first appointment. My son had his tongue and lip tie released at 6 weeks and was born with an extreme amount of upper body tension. My son was extremely fussy and Dr.GiGi was patient and extremely kind with him. We’ve been going to her for about a month and we see tons more improvement. Since going to Pt we see an increased range of motion in his neck, tons of tongue mobility and less upper body tension. Because of Dr. GiGi our son is also able to enjoy tummy time which is so important for his development. I am a first time parent and learned so many tips and tricks from Dr. GiGi. We actually enjoy play time with our son because of what we’ve learned during our PT sessions. I highly recommend Dr. GiGi simply because she is the absolute best and is truly passionate about helping children live happy and healthy lives.”
“
Dr. Tadros or as my son calls her Gigi! Is a great PT. My son was a premie and she worked with him two months after he was discharged from the hospital till he was 1 1/2 years old. She is professional at her job as well as became part of my family, as she built a relationship not only with our son but with us (parents). She also made sure to push my little guy to his full potential. She is an excellent PT and I would recommend her to anyone looking for pedetiric therapy for their child. The only heartbreak is having to say goodbye when my son got her approval that he was doing great and didn’t need therapy anymore.
Looking for a child PT Dr. Giselle Tadros is the best.

“Giselle was amazing. My son had a tongue/lip tie procedure and was having a really hard time feeding from the breast and the bottle. We had been to numerous drs and specialists as his feeding was getting worse and we were so worried about him. Giselle immediately was able to tell that he had a lot of tightness in his body especially his neck muscles and also work on his tongue movement . We started doing telehealth due to the pandemic however once things became safer we visited her at her lovely office. It really was life changing for me and for my son. He is now feeding calmly and is a relaxed happy little 5 month old. I really don’t know what I would have done without Giselle! Would highly recommend her !”
“Working with Adrienne was amazing! She is professional, nice and honest.
Our baby had a torticolli, he could not move his head easily and did not want to stay on his tummy. She worked with him twice a week. He made huge improvements thanks to the sessions and the tips she gave us. We had sessions at home and at daycare (staff loved Adrienne). Our 8-month-old baby is now standing up.”
“Our experience with InHome Pediatric PT was wonderful. We were referred to them through my birth doula, Britt Sando, and it was well worth the commitment for a few weeks. The guidance we were provided was both useful and logical. Most of the therapy work areas aligned with my background in acupuncture but was eye opening on a new level because it offered an entirely new perspective with a “common sensical” foundation that any parent can easily understand. The exercises were simple, realistic, and easy to implement in every day life. A lot of which felt like being reminded of how to simply play and engage with your child with age appropriate interaction. The office is clean (no shoes ehich I love!), bright, and well-kept. Without a doubt, I highly recommend this practice to anyone seeking post-birth support whether it’s with tongue ties, missing developmental milestones, or general tension patterns that develop with most all babies from being in utero.”
“My toddler had a gross motor delay and we were concerned parents. After a visit to our pediatrician, we were told that getting physical therapy would help her. Prior to receiving treatment, our daughter was not able to transition from supine to sitting. Since seeing Rita, our daughter has grown very confident and is able to transition from supine to sitting, pull to stand, crawl all over the place and is now able to stand for a few seconds and cruise a few steps. We just love how strong she has grown since Rita came into our lives. She herself is such a dedicated person, and it doesn’t even feel like she’s doing a job, she genuinely cares for our daughter. Every week she brings in new toys to motivate and encourage her. I am sure, that with continued PT she will be able to start walking soon! Thank you so much, Rita. I would highly recommend in home PT!!”
“We recently had our first appointment/eval with Giselle, for our 11 week old who recently had her tongue tie and lip tie revised. She was excellent. She did a quick but thorough eval and patiently walked us through all of the stretches, massages and positions we should work on with our baby. I appreciated that she emailed us a tailored plan immediately following the appointment. Giselle was great with our baby – I have complete confidence that she will help get her loosened up and latching/breastfeeding better. She’s also super nice and bonus that she comes right to your house!”
“This practice was wonderful in their treatment of our infant daughter’s conditions. Very professional and highly educated. We highly recommend!”
“We have had a great experience with In-Home Pediatric Physical Therapy. All the therapists were extremely knowledgeable, flexible and easy to work with. We noticed improvements very quickly. Highly recommended!”
“When my son’s pediatrician told me he was going to need a helmet if his head didn’t look any better by his 4 month check up in Feb, I immediately started doing research about how to avoid the helmet, and one of those things was PT. I found Giselle on google. From the first conversation, Giselle and Amir made me feel so much better and at ease about the situation. She diagnosed him with torticollis (tight muscles), which made him want to only turn to one side, which caused the torticollis. He has had 2 sessions with her and is already showing so much improvement!! We love Giselle :)”
“Dr. Giselle is in one word – incredible. The progress of my one year old since starting physical therapy with her two months ago is nothing short of astonishing. She has given us the tools to help our daughter learn how to use her muscles and develop her strength and confidence. In such a short period of time she quickly started crawling and is in the verge of walking. Dr. Giselle is incredibly warm and patient with our daughter (and me) and has helped us all so much. Could not recommend her more. We are incredibly grateful for all she has done to help our daughter.”
“Giselle is a fantastic therapist! She is amazingly patient and absolutely wonderful with children. After many years of working in the medical field, I can honestly say that she is quite exceptional and comes highly recommended!”
“So grateful to have found In-Home Pediatric PT. My son was struggling to lift his head up at four months old. After just one session we saw significant improvement. He was like a different baby, able to tolerate and actually enjoy tummy time. Dr. Giselle is warm, patient, and simply the best. We are lucky to have her by our side to continue to help him achieve his milestones.”
“I can’t recommend Dr. Giselle Tadros enough. My daughter began seeing her at 2 months old for hypertonia. The progress we’ve seen in the past 3 months has been astounding. She not only works with your baby but also teaches you how to work with them when she isn’t there. (Pro tip: make sure you implement what she teaches you throughout the week for better results).
Giselle is kindhearted and easy to be around. I’m so thankful that we found her.”
